For every passenger who shall land on or embark from any wharf or landing place belonging to Council for each time of landing or embarking any sum not exceeding	12.70p
For every vessel (moved by steam or other mechanical power) employed in carrying passengers and their luggage for hire which shall enter or come within the harbour per ton register not exceeding:	12.70p
On each vessel entering the Harbour for orders or for refuge and remaining more than a week and not breaking bulk for each week of part of a week after the first week per tonne register (inclusive of Harbour Dues):	18.86p
